Conductor Workshops 2024

You will be issued with a Professional Learning certificate to verify hours spent at all workshops. All conductors are to attend both workshops. Please put the following workshop dates in your diaries/phones.

Conductor Workshop 1

When: Friday 15th March, 2024 – 9am to 3pm

Where: ST ANSELM’S ANGLICAN CHURCH – 19 Forest Hill Drive, Kingsley. 6026

Registration opens at 8am.

Please listen to the music before you arrive at the workshop. It will help with sight singing.

Morning tea and lunch are provided.

Tea and Coffee will be available from 8am. You cannot take hot drinks into the church so please allow time for this.

Things to Remember

• Scan in as you arrive.
• Bring your own coffee mug.
• WEAR your school name badge.
• Park across Whitfords Ave at the shops and walk across OR catch the train and walk up.
• Bring your own water bottle.

Conductor Workshop 2

When: Saturday 3rd August, 2024 – 9:30am to 1pm

Where: ST ANSELM’S ANGLICAN CHURCH -19 Forest Hill Drive, Kingsley. 6026

Registration opens at 9am.

Morning tea provided.

 

Venue

The church is a 1.1 km (12min) walk from the Whitfords Train Station. I encourage you to catch the train and ease the parking congestion.

You can also park at the Woodvale Shops and cross Whitfords Ave to get to the church. DO NOT PARK ON HOUSE VERGES… you will be issued with a parking ticket!
