These Store Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Massed Choir Festival online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. These store terms apply to purchases only and are separate from the general website terms.
Products are made to order and printed/fulfilled on demand by our print partner (Gelato). Because items are custom produced, please review your order carefully before purchasing.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (10%) where applicable. A tax invoice will be provided with your order.
We ship to addresses within Australia only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the items ordered. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
As items are custom made to order, change-of-mind returns will not be available. Faulty or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Describe your returns process, timeframes and contact method here.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed once payment is received and an order confirmation is issued.
